Prices
Appliances Direct aim to ensure our prices to be amongst the best on the web. If you have had a better offer, providing we are comparing like with like, and your offer includes V.A.T. and delivery and is on a brand new boxed machine, we will do our best to beat it.
We make every effort to ensure that information provided on this site is current and up to date. If in the unlikely event a mistake is discovered pertaining to your order, you will be contacted immediately. You will then have the choice of ordering another make and model or have your order cancelled and any money paid refunded.
Method of Purchase
There are several ways to make a purchase with Appliances Direct. You can browse our extensive catalogue, sign up for an online account and make your purchase using your credit card online. Alternatively, you can choose to call our Sales staff on 01179 600461 or 01179 352521 who will take your details over the phone and process your request directly.All methods are highly secure.
After you have made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation of your purchase. You will then receive an invoice in the post, usually within five working days.
Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Connect and Delta.
When you place your order we take full payment for the goods unless they are unavailable. Appliances Direct do not take deposits on goods out of stock.
We also accept cheques, however all cheques must be cleared before the order will be processed. This will add a minimum of six working days to your delivery date. Please make your cheque payable to Appliances Direct. and post to Unit 3 Moravian Business Park Moravian Road Kingwood Bristol Bs15 8NF.
Guarantee
All appliances have a full manufacturer's warranty which is 1 year unless
otherwise stated. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.Appliances Direct can provide additional warranty cover for up to 5 years, please contact us for details.
Cancellations and Returns
Please ensure that you are ordering precisely what you require to avoid any unnecessary expense later. It is advisable to look and feel goods in person if at all possible to avoid disappointment.
You can cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after you received the goods under the Terms of the Distance Selling act. However the goods must be returned in their original packaging and unused for a full refund within 30 days of notifying us. You must also pay the cost of returning the goods and this is non-refundable. If you are unable to return the goods yourselves, we can arrange for this to be done on your behalf, but we will charge you for this service.
Where you wish to return an item that is not an error on our part, and the goods have been ordered in specially , we will ask the manufacturer to accept it back. This will incur a re-stocking charge which can be as high as 25% of the value of the goods.
Refunds
Refunds will be made within 30 days of notification, to the same credit card that was used for the transaction or by cheque or cash whichever was originally used for the transaction.

You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using SSL encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach the secure hosting computer, which is fully protected by a Firewall.
